@@ Introduction The importance of the relationship between physical activity and psychological health has an important role in the improvement of physical self-concept. Physical self-concept shows ones' attitude toward his/her physical dimensions, abilities and physical skills and is an important area of psychological research. This study investigated the effect of 5 and 10 weeks of yoga exercises on physical SelfDescription Components by female university students.
