Study of high resolution field-emission Auger microanalysis on several Baosteel products

摘要

High resolution field-emission Auger electron spectroscopy (HR FE-AES)and scanning electron microscopy (SEM)are applied to study the cracks failure of continuous casting Aluminum-killed low carbon steel,elements segregation in strip casting weather resisting Copper-bearing steel and layer profiling of insulating coating of oriented electrical steel.Results show that HR FE-AES is one of the most powerful techniques in iron and steel microanalysis.
