摘要

We studied a hydrogel combining the dual properties of responsiveness and biodegradability. This type of material is anticipated to function as a carrier material for an intelligent drug delivery system (DDS). On this occasion, citric acid and 1,5-penatanediol were used to synthesize polyester gel. In conclusion, this material was found to be easily degradable by hydrolyzation and stimuli-responsive to its own carboxyl group.
