摘要

The present work is aimed at the development of surface modified microparticles for the safe and exclusive delivery of artificial dsRNA as an immunostimulant to phagocytotic immune cells such as dendritic cells (DC). The stable assembly of poly(I:C) onto the surface of microparticles, previously coated with a cationic poly(L-lysine)-graft-poly(ethylene glycol) (PLL-g-PEG) copolymer, was by electrostatic association.
