Application Development of EUDRAGIT~RNM 30 D Diclofenac Sodium matrix tablet with wet granulation

摘要

A formulation of Diclofenac Sodium matrix tablet had been developed as an example to provide a therapeutically relevant release profile. In this formulation, EUDRAGIT~R NM 30 D was used as binder and controlling agent in wet granulation technology, it showed a 12 hours release performance similar to a commercial reference product.
