Application of Six Sigma in Rebuilding Hospital's Culture (ID: 7-016)

Six Sigma management can not only improve the quality level of hospital and customer satisfaction greatly, but also promote hospital's culture rebuilding so as to make it to adapt to the requirement of the development of modern hospital. Through the research on theories and methods of Six sigma management and the core content of hospital culture construction, the article discusses the correctness, feasibility and value of Six sigma application in hospital culture rebuilding.
