Under conditions of globalization, all of China's SMBs face the double pressure from both adjusting and promoting of the industrial structure and international competition. How to improve their capital operation efficiency is a strategic issue. Through SWOT analysis on capital operation strategies, this paper constructs four modes of capital operation strategy of small and medium-sized business: expanding mode, implanting mode, cooperating mode, and reforming mode. In which each mode includes some practical operational ways. The studies on basis of mode choice and empirical analysis are included as well.
