To Improve the Performance of SMEIN: An Effective Way for TSMEs' Growth

Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (TSMEs) are the main forces of innovation all over the world. Along with the rapid process of global integration, network innovation turns to be one of the most important and widely used innovation patterns for TSMEs. This paper puts forward the concept of Small and Medium-sized Enterprise Innovation Network (SMEIN), describes its characteristics in detail, and then analyzes its stability from two perspectives. Finally, the performance improvement measures of SMEINs are discussed from economic sociology, complex network and synergetics perspectives to find the effective way for TSMEs' growth.
