The present invention relates to a human growth hormone fusion protein consisting of an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3 or SEQ ID NO: 4 and having improved thermal stability; a human growth hormone fusion protein coding gene consisting of a base sequence of SEQ ID NO: 5 or SEQ ID NO: 6, which is optimized by an E. coli codon; a recombinant vector including the gene; a host cell transformed by the recombinant vector; a method for producing a human growth hormone fusion protein by transforming a host cell by the recombinant vector; and a cosmetic composition for alleviating skin wrinkles and maintaining skin elasticity, wherein the cosmetic composition includes a human growth hormone fusion protein having improved thermal stability as an active ingredient. The cosmetic composition according to the present invention has thermal stability and improved effects in alleviating skin wrinkles and maintaining skin elasticity, so the cosmetic composition can be useful as a functional cosmetic ingredient.
