How Soft Environment Influence Regional SMEs Developing in Zhejiang Province

摘要

Harmonious and efficient soft environment is critically important for the promotion of Medium and Small Enterprises' (MSE) competitiveness. According to statistical analysis on the research questionnaires collected from 110 top managers of Zhejiang MSEs, Zhejiang province has proved to have a generally healthy regional soft environment, especially its marketing environment, social cultural environment and business legal environment. At the meanwhile, Zhejiang MSEs are not typically satisfied with the educational and technological environment, financial services and government services. Particularly the educational and technological environment is considered to be the crucial part for the future development of Zhejiang regional soft environment in the short-term and long-term perspectives.
