Innovation on Electrical Industry in Wen Zhou -Analyze its Internal Causes and Dynamic Operation Pattern

摘要

This paper introduces the basic meaning and evolution of the clustering innovation, and then by taking low-voltage electrical appliances in Liushi, Wenzhou for example, it constructs the three-stage model of clustering technology innovation system—core factors, assistant factors and outer factors. And based on the above model the paper also analyzes the internal cause and the dynamic operational pattern of the clustering innovation system.
