Low-temperature thermal curing hard coating film was prepared by the sol-gel method for the hard coating agent of transparent plastic, and their abrasion resistance, optical and surface characteristics were evaluated. The thermal curing temperature was below 130? In this study, we demonstrate the hard coating in sol-gel processes cause different condition during thin film formations. The transmission of hard coating film was more than 80% measurement by UV/VIS spectrometer and pencil hardness of hard coating on PET(polyester film) was more than 6H.
