摘要

A study about the action control of a dexterous mechanical gripper by stereo vision system was proposed. The hand gesture of the operator is taken by the CCD cameras in a multi-camera system, the parameters of the finger tips and the finger joints were calculated and used to control the grasping action of a dexterous mechanical gripper.
