Professional schools of business have long sought ways to better prepare graduates for the leadership ability to meet the decision demands within ambiguous and ever-changing organizational environments. Much of what had been static knowledge has become dynamic knowledge. Eric Hoffer has offered a caution to educators ... "In a time of drastic change it is the learners who inherit the future. The learned usually find themselves equipped to live in a world that no longer exists." Learners in graduate business programs are seeking more than knowledge. They are seeking the competencies required to enable them to apply knowledge and to continually update their knowledge for future applications. The situation can be aptly expressed in two points: 1) individuals and organizations must be continually learning and 2) old approaches to training andeducation are repeatedly being questioned. This report demonstrates a revolutionary approach in the design and delivery of an MBA program that uses constructivist learning technologies and collaborative eLearning platforms using technology-mediated learning to nurture individual and team development for leadership in 21st century organizations.
