The semSolution Project is an enterprise management vision for the Boise Cascade DeRidder mill in which process, management, cost, and enviromental data are readily accessed and integrated to promote operational, economic and compliance efficiencies. The project involves the phased development and integration of predictive emissions models, control and optimization protcols, environmental information technologies, and management system. This paper provides an overview of the semSolution project, this objectives, approach and supporting technologies.
