摘要

In this paper, the position accuracy of the bored and cut workpiece on the jig borer is analysed and calculated by using the method of homogeous coordinate transformtion which usually is applied in studing the posture of the robot. A precise calculating formula of the position of the bored hole is derived and the calculating examples are given. Compared with the traditional way, this method is more precise as well as more simple in calculation. Thus a new method to increase the manufazturing accuracy is obtained.
