摘要

A practical system for providing DGPS correction data over a large geographical area must be highly reliable and economical. The existing infrastructure of broadcast FM radio stations is too good an opportunity to overlook. The transmitters are extremely reliable, geographically pervasive and they are already paid for. The correction data that is broadcast to the user community is really local area applicabile and relatively insensitive to weather conditions.
