摘要

For analysis of protein-protein interaction in living cells, microscopy methods based on Fluorescence Resonance Energy Transfer (FRET) are widely used. However, today's systems are either difficult to operate and require expert knowledge of FRET or do not account for certain errors. In this paper a Nipkow Disc based FRET microscopy system is presented, that is easy to operate without expert knowledge of FRET. Furthermore potential sources for errors and their automated correction are discussed.
