摘要

This paper discusses the way "How to develop a customer satisfactory system.It first describes several difficulties in the development,then structures of development are explained in order to make the keypoints clear.After these preparations,a development procedure is described.The method consists of gradual realization steps of working with customers and rational and effective use of Quality Function Deployment.All through them,a rational approach based on human nature and mixture of TQC is taken.
