ESD Protection protection of BiCMOS Integrated Circuits which need to operate in the Harsh Environments of Automotive or Industrial

This paper discusses the challenges encountered In designing BICMOS Integrated circuits which need to operate In the harsh, high voltage (50V) environments of Automotive or Industrial. A compact 10kV ESD cell Is presented for use with general 110 and some more esoteric application specific ESD are also discussed.
