摘要

To evaluate the performance of velocity and acceleration of the motion system based on ELT linear motion unit, the experimental investigation of the motion of the linear motion unit driven by Panasonic servo motor controlled by PMAC control card in different conditions is made. This paper presents the establishment of the experimental prototype and introduces how to adjust the parameters of PMAC control card and how to control servo motor based on PID, which makes the system realize stable movement within a range of velocity and achieves the corresponding acceleration critical value. The experimental results have indicated that the velocity and the acceleration performance of the ELT linear motion unit can meet the experimental requirements.
