Project Cost Estimation of the Quality Management System Implementation

摘要

Cost estimating is one of the most important steps in project management. A cost estimate establishes the base line of the project cost at different stages of development of the project. In this paper is detailed a case study regarding the project cost estimation of quality management system implementation in accordance with ISO 9001:2008. Also, there are present cost estimation methods and simulation of project tasks cost using triangular distribution.
