Image Reconstruction by High Order Legendre Moments

摘要

In this paper, the issue of image reconstruction via high order moments is addressed. Based on the new proposed method, the performance of the image reconstruction is vastly improved, numerically and visually. The Legendre moments are employed in this research to perform the image reconstruction.
