In order to satisfy the demand of New Military Transform, it needs to research an intelligent method to evaluate the operational ability of armament fleetly and effectually under high technique condition. In the paper, it sets up the model which evaluated operational ability using BP nerve network which on the based of the disposal of index system for the object be evaluated by Fuzzy Logic. And it puts forward an example that evaluates the operational ability of SPG. It selects representative swatch to training the model. After learning and testing using abundance normal objects, the model can solve problem of evaluating operational ability effectively. Furthermore it designs the model's emulator by SIMULINK. Thus ANN can be used in evaluating operational ability successfully.
