Obstacle Factors and Countermeasures of Water-saving Agriculture Extension

摘要

The obstacles for pushing water-saving agriculture construction in our country were clearly summarized and analyzed in this paper, including many aspects such as opinions, engineering techniques, management systems, water price, fund, policy, laws and regulations, etc. And then several countermeasures and suggestions were pointed out in order to quicken water-saving agriculture construction.
