摘要

Electromagnetic tomography (EMT) system's sensing field has been studied based on a novel parallel excitation which using flexible circuit strips array. And the principle of parallel excitation is analyzed. To find out the interaction between the excitation field and the object field which produced by conductive and/or ferromagnetic materials in the measured space, both empty sensing field and object sensing field are simulated using finite element method. The simulation result shows that this kind of parallel excitation is an effective solution of EMT excitation system. A discussion of the dual mode imaging in EMT is also included.
