ELECTRODEPOSITION OF SOFT CoNiFe, CoNiFeO AND CoFeO FILMS WITH HIGH MAGNETIC SATURATION AND HIGH RESISTIVITY

摘要

The properties of soft magnetic CoNiFe films were studied in terms of their thickness and substrate dependence. It was found that there are no composition gradients at various thicknesses. Other properties such as: crystal structure, stress, and coercivity were found to be dependent on both thickness and substrate. High resistivity CoNiFeO and CoFeO alloys were prepared from the plating bath with STI-type additives. The role of STI additives and the reactions leading to the high oxygen content in the bulk of CoNiFeO deposit were discussed.
