摘要

Electroplated CoNiFe films with bcc crystal structure and large saturation flux density (B_s) were investigated. CoNiFe films deposited in conventional conditions have a high B_s of 2.0T, but show large coercivity (H_(Ch)>30 Oe) because of their large grain size. Through several investigations of the electrodeposition conditions, it was found that the grain size is decreased by applying a higher deposition current density, which leads to in lower coercivity while preserving high B_s.
