Knowledge Spread and Education Innovation

摘要

This research, based on the current situation of China's professional education and enterprises' human resource exploitation, aiming at the students in senior professional schools and enterprises' staff trained in professional training schools, and using the ways of experiments, comparisons, inspections, examinations and so on, has made a systematical analyses and positive study. In view of the disadvantages of traditional professional skills education and enterprises' staff training mode, it refers to the course mode of the "double system" of Germany, course mode of moldboard skills" of the World Labor Organization, ability education system" of Canada (North America) and so on, to undertake teaching mode reform. By constructing knowledge moldboard", "intelligence moldboard", "ability moldboard", studying moldboard", knowledge education, intelligence exploitation, technique cultivation, and studying mode are integrated system tactically to form studying units, and teaching is done gradually through grades, periods, separation influence and classification. Studies have shown that knowledge spread is a systematical project, education is the subject of knowledge spread. The organic integration and harmonious development of knowledge, intelligence, abilities and studying structures are the important conditions of the effective spread of knowledge. They are related to each other, promote each other and infiltrate each other, and they also show, some scissors differences at different developing stages. The function of education lies in improving and students' knowledge structures as well as their intelligence and ability structures. It puts stress on knowledge spread and also reinforces intelligence exploitation, ability cultivation and the changes of studying models, so that knowledge, intelligence, abilities and studying structures can be integrated, streamline and developed synchronously to reduce the scissors differences.
