This research, based on the current situation of China's professional education and enterprises' human resource exploitation, aiming at the students in senior professional schools and enterprises' staff trained in professional training schools, and using the ways of experiments, comparisons, inspections, examinations and so on, has made a systematical analyses and positive study. By constructing knowledge moldboard", "intelligence moldboard", "ability moldboard", studying moldboard", knowledge education, intelligence exploitation, technique cultivation, and studying mode are integrated system tactically to form studying units, and teaching is done gradually through grades, periods, separation influence and classification. Studies have shown that knowledge spread is a systematical project, education is the subject of knowledge spread.
