摘要

The mathematic and physical model and numerical calculating method of the transient- thermal- mixed- lubrication between piston ring and cylinder bore were established. Coupling with the model of piston set-cylinder liner heat transfer, the friction and lubrication between piston ring and cylinder bore were simulated. And the important parameters such as the temperature fields of piston and liner and piston ring set ,oil film thickness and temperature, friction force and heat generated by friction were calculated, which could provide important theory foundation for the optimal design of an IC engine.
