摘要

Within the electronics industry, miniaturization of electronic components and enhanced perform- ance has led to high power electronic devices with high packing densities. This has identified the future development of very high heat flux components. In this paper heat pipe technology is presented to solve heat removal problem from these high flux devices. Heat transfer performances of three miniature heat pipe heat exchangers (HPHE) of different structures were studied by experiments in this paper. And the structural parameters are optimized by the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method. Optimum designing parameters are obtained and are theoretically analyzed according to the convection heat transfer mechanism.
