Research on the Operation Mode of Internal Logistics Service Based on Mass Customization

摘要

On the basis of analyzing the characteristics of mass customization, this paper discusses the influence of mass customization on operation mode of internal logistics service through the performance objectives of logistics service including logistics service quality, response speed, dependability, flexibility and cost, and provides an operation mode of mass customized logistics service based on the integrated of platform application technology, management and organization.
