摘要

The trend of building the university science parks is in the ascendant. Effectual policies play an important inspiring role in the construction and development of Chinese university science parks. The author analyzed the macroscopic, mesoscopic, microscopic policy applied to Chinese university science parks, discussed the special policy on building the university science parks quickly, considered that it is an important task to build and perfect the public policy system so as to quicken the construction of university science park in China.
