Management's Specialization of Small and Medium-sized Nongovernmental Enterprises: Using for Reference and Prospect

In China, most of nongovernmental enterprises carry out household management on the smaller size, which results in the weaker control internally and hardly achieve the continual development. Based on analyzing the specialization of management abroad, this article focuses on arguing the feasibility of specializing management within small and medium-sized nongovernmental enterprises in China.
