On Fostering the Core Competence of Chinese Construction Industry Enterprises (CCIE)

摘要

The core competence refers to the conformed knowledge and technology inside a certain enterprise, especially those about how to harmonize various skills and conform different technologies, which possesses the capability of enabling one or more operations to be the most excellent ones in the competition area. Based on defining the core competence of CCIE and analyzing their current states, this paper seeks to put forward some suggestion about fostering the core competence of CCIE from four aspects, including concept innovation, organization innovation, management innovation and technology innovation.
