Estudo preliminar do Gabinete Digital do Estado do Rio Grande do Sul (Brasil): a influência dos fatores institucionais

摘要

This paper aims to identify the influence of institutional factors in implementing e-democracy practices at the Digital Cabinet Office of Rio Grande do Sul State. The institutional theory is used as a lent of analysis in this case study. The present document is a research in progress; hereby just a few initial issues were pointed out. However, they show that the researchers must be continue working in this case study aiming bring some contributions to e-government theory.
