With the producing scale extending, the data of product line rapidly increase in semi-conductor producing line, it is very vital for an enterprise exist and development to acquire rich data information of the product line and make right decisions on time. Decision makers often require access to sophisticated, real-time reporting and visualization analysis tools to efficiently and accurately discern information from large amounts of data. The essay introduces the application based on component technology, the use of C#.NET to visualize data dynamically, the graphic structure of production line, and the machine status with TU (Total Utilization) tracking for the factory 's direct and real-time management. It also introduces new report design functionality and a reporting control called ReportViewer (RV) permitted rich-featured reports for custom applications. Thus the system reusability, implantability and maintainability are improved extremely after using component technology.
