摘要

Whole cell DSC profiles of Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells were obtained at 0.1 to 150 MPa and C_p-T-p profiles were obtained. Prominent endothermic transition occurred around 60 deg C over the pressure range. The profiles of the cells before and after heat shock response revealed that the response protect some cellular components against destabilization above 75 MPa and these components may include critical targets of cell killing.
