摘要

The separation of lipopolysaccharides from rice bran extract was studied by applying DEAE-Sephadex A50. Although the static adsorption could be used to separate lipopolysaccharides from general polysaccharides, the results showed that the column chromatography was a more effective method. The purity and adsorbent efficiency of lipopolysaccharides were 98.7% and 88.0% respectively, whereas the counterpart for static adsorption was 90.5 and 77.9%, respectively.
