摘要

Lectin plays an important role in culture and activation of lymphocyte T for treatment of some diseases such as cancers and aids by means of cell immune. In order to avoid part of the lectin molecules in solution getting through the cell membrance and being metabolized by the T-cell, it is efficient that lectin is immobilized onto supports. In this paper chitosan is chosen as the raw material to prepare the support for the immobilization of lectin due to its harmlessness and non-toxicity to both lectin and lymphocyte T.Morever, the molecular chains of chitosan are easy to cross-link with each other by the reaction of amino-groups with glutaraldehyde and to lnik further with lectin.
