An Improved CMOS RF Low Noise Amplifier

摘要

In this paper, a CMOS RF low noise amplifier (LNA) with an improved input matching architecture is given. It is proved both in theory and by simulation that the noise figure and the gain of the amplifier are only very slightly affected by such an input network.
