摘要

This paper has established the mathematical model of its optimal design for studying wet-field roller boat's gear transmission case . On condition that assuring given center distance and transmission power, the more reasonable parameters of gears transmission have been confirmed, the less material of transmission case has been used. Optimal design for gear transmission case of Hangfu 1PGC-1 type wet-field roller boat is carried out. The calculated result has indicated: comparing the optimal project with the original one, cost of gears material has decreased by 25%, transmission case's volume has decreased by 15%, each roller boat's profit has increased by 7%.
