Method for designing turbocharged internal combustion engine of vehicle, involves optimizing design parameters for all designing units by particle-swarm-optimization version so that design-target dimensions for engine are optimally achieved
The method involves defining design-boundary conditions and design-target dimensions for a turbocharged internal combustion engine. Design-boundary conditions and design-target dimensions for designing units of the engine are defined. Design data for the designing units are formed by the design-boundary conditions, design-target dimensions and design parameters of the designing units. The parameters are optimized for all the designing units by particle-swarm-optimization version for static and/or dynamic tasks so that the design-target dimensions for the engine are optimally achieved.
