CELL-SPECIFIC ANTITUMOR ACTIVITY OF DEXTRAN CARRYING CISPLATIN AND ANTENNARY GALACTOSE RESIDUES

摘要

A macromolecular prodrug (polymer-drug conjugate) was synthesized by immobilizing cisplatin through coordination bond to dextran carrying antennary galactose unit (4 residues of branched galactose). The obtained conjugate showed cell-specific cytotoxic activity against hepatoma cells in vitro.
