摘要

The biodistribution and pharmacokinetics of complexes of DNA (NF-κB decoy) with pegylated PEIs of different structure (PEI core and PEG shell and vice versa) was evaluated in mice and compared with unmodified PEI. All tested polymers showed two-compartmental pharmacokinetics and PEI grafted with short PEG chains showed a clear increase in AUC. Differences in organ distribution were found as well.
