The main features of the technological process of methanol and diethylene glycol regeneration are described. The authors performed the approximation of the dependencies of the diethylene glycol density and temperature dependencies of a saturated solution concentration on the density. A program code for the real-time calculation of the solution concentration has been developed. The article provides a brief description and the block diagrams of a system for the automatic optimization of the control of methanol and diethylene glycol recovery units.
