The device (10) has connection units (14, 15) e.g. hansen coupling, designed such that the connection units are connected during execution of a haemodialysis treatment with a dialysis liquid chamber (4) of a haemodialysator. The control unit is designed in such a manner that it controls closure units (20, 21) in the context of automatically running sampling control program and pumping devices (17, 18), so that a predetermined quantity of dialysis liquid is conveyed into a sampling set, which is attached to the connecting units. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a sterile sampling set comprising a container (2) a method for sampling hemodialysis device.
