A good internal control evaluation system is good for perfecting the internal control system of the enterprise,and it can promote the development of the enterprise.This paper aims to draw lessons from the research results of the domestic and international internal control evaluation.Combining fuzzy network technology to set up the internal control evaluation system framework of the enterprise.The enterprise can identify the weak link according to the internal control ratings,to improve the internal management level.
