In order to develop current transducers with high precision and low costs, the multi-point zero flux technology is adopted in the current transducers, so that the excitation system will not cause interference to the proportional winding and the detection winding, and a magnetic flux isolation band is formed to prevent the excitation winding from being interfered by external magnetic flux. Therefore, the transducers are able to achieve high gains and accuracy in the full bandwidth, which enables accurate measurement of AC currents, high-frequency currents, and DC currents, and eliminates the interference magnetic field generated by the excitation module, while improving accuracy of the transducers and reducing the costs. The solution can be widely used in electric vehicle charging and discharging equipment and electric vehicle BMS module which need accurate DC current detection.
