This paper describes accelerometer-based digital pen as an input device using trajectory recognition algorithm and Visual Basic Software. Input device consist of three axis accelerometer, AVRATmega16 microcontroller, CC2500RF transreceiver. In this paper we have implemented [21 Algorithm which Employ KBCS designed for choosing important features and LDA to decrease dimensions of features. Thus for identification decreased features are fed into PNN.PNN is classifier technique for the best accuracy purpose. By means of this project we can do human computer interface. Development of smallest technology inside circuit as well as part reduced length and mass of user electronic item for utilization, similar to elegant phone plus handheld computers, made them versatile and suitable.With the help of digital pen as an input device one is able to write down number and create movement, so analog acceleration of movement measured by the accelerometer are transmitted using CC2500RF transreciever to a PC. Thus experimental results are displayed on computer using visual basic software 2010.
